Fodor Human is a mother-daughter business that started in 2004 with the aim to support development – through self-development, self-awareness, communication and equal opportunities.
Initially we organised training and catch-up courses in Szolnok, and gradually our programmes became available nationwide. Problem solving, team building and lifelong learning are all core values.
Our mission is to empower women – by women – for women to be the best they can be. We believe that creating inner harmony is the first step to change.

Many people are surprised to learn how self-awareness training or assertive communication training can be linked to craft jewellery.
For us, it’s a natural process: first, you have to get your inner self in order – our self-development books, advice and training help you do that.
Over time, this inner balance is reflected in the way you look on the outside, with our unique jewellery, jewellery scarves and pieces from the Foda Fashion collection.
Since the Milan 2012 exhibition, our jewellery has become increasingly popular not only in Szolnok, but also abroad.

I am brave, persistent, full of ideas and creativity. I like dealing with people. Our work so far has stood the test. We have good ideas and we are successfully implementing them.
I mostly do jewellery making for the company, which gives me many beautiful moments, even in my retirement years.
Talent, success, creativity, fashion, style and elegance have always been close to me.
Head of Profession
I completed my secondary school studies at the Verseghy Ferenc High School in Szolnok, and then graduated with a degree in social pedagogy. I started working as an Equal Opportunities Officer at the JNSZM Municipal Office and later became the head of the County House of Opportunities. 2016. I have been a manager and trainer in vocational education and training since 2010 and a member of the non-profit organisation for employment since 2022.
2003. I have been involved in the school programme since I was a childminder, as I am committed to helping disadvantaged children and families. I have taken an active role in the establishment of schools in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County and in Transdanubia. I am happy to work with young people and talented students, for whom I try to offer life coaching, vocational training, graduation and job preparation programmes as a youth coach. I consider development work to be a matter close to my heart, besides developing students with learning difficulties, I also like to work with adults who want to change their situation.
2012. We’ve been making jewellery since the early days, initially as a leisure activity, but now it’s one of the company’s prominent divisions.
